DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER
Skyline College’s Disability Resource Center (DRC) is
designed to equalize the educational opportunities of

EXTENDED OPPORTUNITY
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES (EOPS)
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS)
is a program of support services designed to improve
access, retention and completion of educational goals
for students who are low income and educationally disad-
vantaged. EOPS students have the potential to succeed
in college but have not been able to realize their potential
because of economic and/or educational barriers.
EOPS offers a variety of services such as:
• Book Service Program
• Calculator Loan Program
• Counseling in English and Spanish
• Priority registration
• Smart pens
• Transfer assistance to four-year colleges and
universities
• UC and CSU application fee waivers for
transferring students
• Vocational grants
